Each ledger keeps its own entries, accounts, budgets and backup folder. Switch between them at the top of the screen.
Backups are encrypted on this device with your passphrase (AES-256-GCM, PBKDF2). If you forget the passphrase, the file cannot be opened by anyone, including me. Keep it somewhere separate from the backup folder.
Without a key, the assistant reads simple messages like “petrol 3000 cash” using keywords, entirely on this device. Add an Anthropic API key and it understands full sentences, splits one message across several accounts, and answers questions. Your message and this ledger's current figures are sent to Anthropic's API only when you use it; the key stays in this browser.
